  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
