Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a regulated medical device environment. This role will work closely with engineering, quality, regulatory, and product teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions aligned with industry standards such as FDA and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across cross-functional teams Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement within engineering and product teams Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting delivery timelines Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog with clear priorities Ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., design controls, documentation, traceability) Support integration of Agile practices within a medical device lifecycle (SDLC) Promote transparency through metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint health Coordinate across teams including Software Engineering, QA/Validation, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams Coach teams on Agile best practices while adapting to a compliance-driven environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Familiarity with FDA regulations, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or similar standards Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)

Preferred Qualifications
