We are looking for a Senior System Business Analyst to join our R&D team and help us improve the quality and efficiency of our core product development processes. As we are building the System Analysis function from scratch, this role will play a key part in shaping how requirements are structured, documented, and delivered to development teams. Your main tasks will be: Analyze business and product requirements and transform them into clear, structured technical documentation Prepare high-quality TS documentation for web products Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering teams and CTO Identify missing requirements, edge cases, and inconsistencies Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system-level decisions Ensure fast and effective approval of documentation Ensure specifications are complete and require minimal clarification during approval Improve and standardize documentation processes over time We expect from you: 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst Technical background (Computer Science or similar) Strong understanding of web application architecture Experience working with microservices architecture Ability to independently gather and formalize requirements Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Proactive communication style Russian language proficiency (documentation is in Russian) Availability in European time zone What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; ​Health benefits. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
