The goal is to fact check our compliance strategy against best practice, recent regulation, and your professional experience. Key Areas for Consultation: •FCA Licensing: Guidance on whether product requires a full FCA AIS licence (2–6 month process) or if we can operate as an agent under a third party licence (e.g., TrueLayer, Plaid).
