About Olelo Olelo Intelligence leverages advanced AI to transform business communication into actionable intelligence. Our revenue recapture platform is booking lost appointments, acting instantly on failed service authorizations, and providing data-driven sales advisor coaching for Auto Repair center owners. We have a documented 300%+ ROI for clients within the first few weeks of implementation, and already have agreements with two national Auto Repair brands. We're now poised to scale, and are ready to hire our "Founding SDRs" to lead the outbound charge. Role Description This is not an "email and wait" job. This is a phone-heavy, high-grit, high-reward role for someone who wants to outwork the room and move into a BDR role within 6 months with a boost in pay. The job will include:

  • Contacting shop owners to tell them about Olelo Intelligence
  • Setting up demos that include a no-obligation, free trial period

Variable comp is based on both completed demos, and closed deals. Conversion is high, you just need to get in front of these busy small business owners. As a founding role, this is an opportunity to build towards a top-earning position and potentially equity. Though we serve a blue-collar industry, we are a bleeding edge technology firm.
