A leading entertainment company is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their team. Our client, a major media and entertainment organization, offers a dynamic environment that values operational excellence. This temporary role is based in a hybrid setting--on-site during critical periods--and requires 27-52 weeks of commitment. *Senior Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:* * Conduct and oversee detailed audits and reconciliations of payroll and related financial data.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on multi-jurisdictional payroll compliance, including tax laws and labor regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external payroll audits, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation, and improve system functionality.
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and integration of payroll systems such as Workday, UKG, and ADP.

*Senior Payroll Analyst Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of payroll experience within a large, complex, multi-state environment.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (Workday, UKG/Kronos, ADP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, plus excellent communication abilities.
  • CPP certification is highly preferred.
