Summary

We're expanding our remote travel support team and are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Client Care Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout their travel planning journey by helping organize trip information, coordinating booking details, and ensuring each stage of the process is handled accurately and with care. This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and managing structured workflows in a flexible remote environment. Full training and ongoing guidance are provided, making this a great opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with prior service experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and timing requirements Assist in creating and organizing personalized travel arrangements Research travel options such as hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities Work within approved platforms to review availability and support reservation completion Provide consistent updates on booking progress, confirmations, and itinerary details Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging systems Handle updates, modifications, and follow-up requests as needed Maintain accurate, organized client records within internal systems Participate in virtual onboarding sessions and ongoing training programs
