  • Assist in the development and execution of engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, tailored to the Indian market.
  • Support the community management efforts by actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand interactions.
  • Conduct research on trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent brand voice and optimal posting times.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics and generate regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the content team to repurpose existing content and create new, original assets suitable for social media distribution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in the Indian digital landscape.
  • Assist in influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying potential collaborators and tracking campaign performance.
  • Support the execution of paid social media campaigns, including ad creative development and basic audience targeting. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the United States market.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience demographics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytical tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising principles and campaign management.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or a fast-growing startup.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating social media visuals.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) for short-form video content.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of previous social media work or campaigns.
