Responsibilities

About the Role Integrated in bidding department and reporting to regional presales coordinator, the engineer will be in charge of the analysis, design and cost estimation of trackers for PV projects. The Engineer is responsible for all aspects of pre-sales engineering of projects in bidding stage. The Pre-Sales Engineer collaborates with Sales team giving technical support to sales and clients.

Responsibilities

Analyse the scope of the project and documentation. Develop preliminary design documents, project costs and proposal documents for prospective projects. Design and calculation of solar trackers and fixed steel structures for PV plants. Slope analysis and earthworks estimation. Project cost estimation. PVsyst simulation. Technical meetings with clients. KoM alignment.

Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering. Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Proficiency in PVSyst. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. 2 years of solar PV plants projects experience desirable. Tracker structure knowledge. Knowledge of International technical normative. English: at least intermediate. Spanish: native. Preferred Skills Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work concurrently on multiple projects. High attention to detail.
