Job ID: 65767 Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Remote, Locals Only - Hartford, Connecticut 06103 Duration: 12 Months Description: Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer. Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Manager, the Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and configuring complex Salesforce applications that support the Authority s business processes and technical requirements. Key Duties

  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications; perform defect analysis, design updates, and code corrections.
  • Manage configurations and workflows to support evolving business needs.
  • Apply Agile development practices in a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Diagnose platform issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
  • Conduct system performance testing and tuning to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Review and troubleshoot vendor partner work to ensure quality and alignment with standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of hands on development experience on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using Git based source control (e.g., Bitbucket).
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
