PPC Specialist (Google Ads) – ABA / Therapy Industry Experience Required - Contract to Hire

$750/month per account – Long-Term / Scalable Opportunity We are a growing marketing agency working with multiple ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) companies across the U.S., and we’re looking for a skilled PPC specialist who can consistently generate qualified leads. This is a long-term opportunity with the ability to take on multiple accounts over time based on performance. Role Overview Manage Google Ads campaigns for ABA therapy clients Monthly ad spend per account: ~$1,500 Compensation: $750/month per account We will start with a smaller number of accounts and scale you up quickly if performance is strong Responsibilities Full campaign setup, optimization, and scaling Keyword research for ABA / therapy services Conversion tracking (calls, forms, lead quality) Ongoing optimization to improve cost per lead + ROI Monthly reporting (simple and clear) Light client interaction (onboarding call + monthly update) ⚠️ Requirements (Very Important) Proven experience with ABA or healthcare PPC campaigns Ability to show real results (CPL, conversions, ROI) Strong understanding of lead generation funnels Experience managing multiple accounts Fluent English and strong communication What We’re Looking For We want someone who: Can turn $1,500 ad spend into consistent, qualified leads Knows how to optimize quickly and scale campaigns Is reliable and can grow with an agency long-term Growth Opportunity Opportunity to manage many accounts over time Consistent monthly work Long-term partnership with a growing agency To Apply Please include: A short Loom video introducing yourself Examples of ABA or similar campaigns Results (CPL, conversions, ROI) How you would improve a struggling campaign We are ready to hire immediately for the right person.
