They are seeking an E-Commerce Requirements Analyst to bridge business operations and information systems, focusing on collecting and translating business needs into functional requirements to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, and translating business needs into detailed documentation and functional requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance processes, support systems development, and optimize digital strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of related experience or equivalent
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and business process analysis
- Strong communication skills—excellent written and verbal articulation across all organizational levels
- Ability to develop and implement IT solutions aligning with business requirements
- Understanding of business intelligence concepts and data applications
- Experience in capturing requirements, facilitating stakeholder sessions, and creating process models
- Certification in Product Ownership Analysis (IIBA®-CPOA) or similar
