Administrator - Appeals Adjudicator

Agena Group is on an exciting growth trajectory with a focus on innovation and social value. They are seeking a dedicated Appeals Adjudicator to manage, investigate, and respond to appeals received via post or email.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public
• Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion
• Maintain the highest standards of work quality
• Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management
• Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service
• Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures

• Able to process detailed information effectively and consistently
• Able to work effectively with others in order to achieve a shared goal even when the object at stake is of no direct personal interest
• Able to adjust to existing rules, procedures and policy. Finding reinforcement from the right authority when in doubt
• Maintain and set high quality standards, striving for continuous improvement and quality assurance
• Driven to meet processing targets
• The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures
• Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report
• You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship
• The ideal candidate will have worked in a target driven administration role before
