[Remote] Retail Hourly Recruiter

The role involves successfully recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new associates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Successfully recruiting, hiring and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies
- Accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
- Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network in-place
- Knowledgeable about the use of Social Media marketing (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.) as they apply to recruiting
- Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidates
- Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting
- Ability to interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software
