Account Executive (SMB)

Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up focused on improving healthcare providers' lives through innovative e-commerce solutions. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, working with small and midsize dental practices to demonstrate the value of Torch's offerings and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets (60–90 outbound calls per day depending on ramp status)
  • Maintain strong outbound activity to consistently build pipeline while running demos and closing deals
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor solutions to the needs of dental practices
  • Run product demos and guide customers through the decision process
  • Leverage proven sales playbooks while collaborating with teammates and leadership to iterate on sales strategy
  • Close new business and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and track pipeline and prospect conversations in Salesforce with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve messaging and strategy

Skills

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
  • Experience selling to SMBs (doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building momentum with cold prospects
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and adapts quickly
