Inbound Sales Advisor
Concentrix is seeking ambitious Sales Advisors to join their dedicated team that delivers exceptional customer experiences for their VMO2 client. The role involves explaining and promoting products, retaining existing clients, and providing the best possible customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Explain and promote benefits and features of O2 to make sure the customers are getting the best products and services tailored to their needs
- Ensure professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer
- Retention of existing clients or upgrade
- Up sell and cross sell of all products and services to customers and prospects
- Satisfies customer enquiries on initial call whenever possible
- Being able to think quickly and use your own initiative to review customer accounts to see where there is a potential sale opportunity
- Using multiple systems to make sure customers are being provided the correct information/ tailored to a sale
- Keeping your knowledge up to date with the O2 brand and the products/services on offer
- Support sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets
- Process customer payments
- Providing the best possible customer experience
Skills
- Excellent sales skills
- 6 months sales/targets driven experience gained in a similar environment
- PC literate
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment
- Demonstrates they can plan their own workload and can readily accept training, feedback and supervision from management
- Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets
- Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries
- A quiet place to work at home with minimum 10mbps broadband speed
- The ability to connect your equipment (provided by us) via ethernet cable directly into the router
