Business Development Representative
DuploCloud is an AI-native DevOps automation platform that delivers innovative solutions for cloud infrastructure management. The Business Development Representative will engage with engineering leaders to drive business growth and foster meaningful conversations, while collaborating with various teams to execute demand generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals
- Evaluating leads to determine their potential as customers based on established criteria
- Coordinating and arranging initial sales conversations
- Participating in relevant industry events as required
- Undertaking supplementary responsibilities as delegated
Skills
- Strong desire for career in tech sales
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- In-depth knowledge of creative prospecting techniques
- Self starter and learner, comfortable working in a startup environment and seamlessly shifting priorities based on new goals and learnings
- Proven ability overcoming obstacles through hard work, determination and creativity
