Position Overview TapestryHealth is seeking a Manager, Learning & Organizational Development to design, implement, and continuously improve employee and manager development programs across the organization. This role serves as the organization's primary learning and development resource, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering practical learning solutions that strengthen manager effectiveness, accelerate employee growth, support career development, and reinforce company culture and values. The primary focus of this role is building manager capability through practical leadership development programs, tools, and resources that improve coaching, accountability, feedback, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can assess organizational needs, create engaging learning experiences, develop leadership resources, administer learning systems, and independently execute programs that drive measurable business impact across a growing remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manager & Leadership Development Design and deliver manager development programs focused on leadership effectiveness, coaching, feedback, accountability, employee engagement, and performance management. Create practical, scenario-based learning experiences that managers can immediately apply in their day-to-day work. Develop leadership resources including conversation guides, playbooks, templates, checklists, and job aids. Facilitate leadership workshops, training sessions, and manager development programs. Partner with leaders to identify management capability gaps and implement targeted development solutions. Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning content based on feedback and business outcomes. Employee Development & Career Growth Design and implement employee development programs that support skill building, career growth, and internal mobility. Develop career pathing resources and career development frameworks. Create learning experiences that help employees understand opportunities for growth within the organization. Support succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives through development programs and learning resources. Onboarding & Organizational Effectiveness Design and maintain structured onboarding programs for new employees and managers. Develop onboarding tools including training plans, 30/60/90-day frameworks, and role-specific learning resources. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify organizational learning needs and development priorities. Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend development strategies aligned with business objectives. Culture & Organizational Development Design and deliver programs that reinforce company culture, mission, values, and competencies. Create learning experiences that translate organizational values into observable workplace behaviors. Support change management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives through learning and development solutions. Partner with leadership and HR to strengthen organizational capability and leadership readiness. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS). Manage training assignments, learner records, curriculum updates, reporting, and compliance tracking. Monitor training completion and ensure required compliance training is completed across a multi-state workforce. Generate and analyze LMS reports to measure participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness. Troubleshoot LMS issues and serve as the primary point of contact for learning technology support. Maintain and organize learning content within the LMS. Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact. Analyze participant feedback, assessment results, and learning data to improve programs. Stay current on industry trends, adult learning methodologies, leadership development practices, and learning technologies. Recommend innovative learning approaches that improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related field. Experience designing and delivering manager and leadership development programs. Experience creating training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and learning resources. Experience facilitating instructor-led training and workshops. Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong instructional design, content development, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Anticipated range for this role is 115,000 - 120,000 annualized. This position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
