As a Customer Engineer on the arenaflex Cloud Security practice, you will be the trusted advisor for C‑level executives, security architects, and technical leaders who are navigating complex security challenges in the cloud. Your expertise will help clients design, implement, and optimize robust security architectures that protect critical data, meet compliance mandates, and enable business agility. Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Advisory: Partner with senior security stakeholders to understand business objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements; translate these into actionable cloud security strategies.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of end‑to‑end security solutions—including threat detection, malware analysis, identity & access management, and zero‑trust frameworks—leveraging arenaflex Cloud services.
• Technical Demonstrations & Workshops: Deliver compelling product briefings, live demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and white‑board sessions that showcase the value of arenaflex security offerings.
• Collaboration with Product & Engineering Teams: Provide market feedback, share emerging threat trends, and influence product roadmaps to ensure arenaflex stays ahead of the security curve.
• Opportunity Identification: Work closely with the Security Sales team to uncover new business opportunities, qualify leads, and develop tailored proposals that align with client priorities.
• Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Author technical whitepapers, case studies, and best‑practice guides that position arenaflex as a thought leader in cloud security.
• Continuous Learning & Certification: Maintain deep expertise in cloud security technologies, industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and emerging threats through ongoing training and certifications.
• Travel & Event Participation: Attend client meetings, industry conferences, and internal workshops (remote or on‑site) to build relationships and stay current on market dynamics.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in security or cloud environments, preferably with exposure to threat detection, malware analysis, or identity & access management solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving security incidents in fast‑paced environments.
