  • Assist in the preparation and execution of regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s broader market strategy.
  • Continuously improve data entry processes, recommending automation tools and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on data governance, system usage, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; alternatively, four years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in external sales, corporate travel, or a closely related industry, with a proven track record of handling high‑volume data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong data‑entry capabilities.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in the airline or travel industry, especially with corporate travel management platforms.
  • Familiarity with travel industry data sources such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
