Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Part‑Time Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, assisting customers via phone, chat, and email from the comfort of your home. You will handle a high volume of inquiries, ranging from order status and delivery issues to returns, replacements, and product questions.   • Active Listening & Empathy: Demonstrate genuine concern for customer concerns, ask probing questions, and tailor solutions to individual needs.
  • Problem‑Solving: Use critical thinking to identify root causes and recommend appropriate actions, often without relying on scripted responses.
  • Escalation Management: Recognize when issues require higher‑level intervention and route them efficiently to the appropriate team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) – bilingual proficiency is required.
  • Proven ability to navigate Windows operating systems and standard office software.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
