About arenaflex

arenaflex is a leading global aviation carrier renowned for delivering safe, reliable, and customer‑focused air travel across continents. With a fleet that spans the skies and a commitment to innovation, arenaflex continuously invests in technology, people, and processes to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving travel industry. Our mission is to connect people and places while providing an exceptional experience for every passenger, from the moment they book a ticket to the moment they step off the plane. As part of our growing operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data that powers our flight schedules, reservations, and financial reporting.

Why This Role Matters

In the fast‑paced world of airline operations, data is the lifeblood that drives decision‑making, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As a Data Entry Executive at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of that data, ensuring that every passenger record, flight detail, and financial transaction is captured with precision. Your work will directly impact the smooth functioning of reservation systems, the accuracy of revenue reporting, and the overall reliability of our service delivery. If you thrive on meticulous work, enjoy collaborating across departments, and are passionate about contributing to a world‑class airline, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update passenger information, flight schedules, and operational data into arenaflex’s proprietary computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process reservation data, including new bookings, cancellations, and modifications to itineraries, ensuring timely reflection in the system.
  • Maintain and verify customer records, guaranteeing that all personal and travel details are current, complete, and compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Assist the finance team by inputting ticket revenue, sales figures, and expense data, supporting accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on data entries before final submission, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as operations, customer service, and IT—to facilitate the seamless transfer of data between systems.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards, adhering to data protection policies and industry‑specific privacy guidelines.
  • Support the preparation of reports and data analyses requested by senior management, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend technology enhancements to boost data entry efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry, information technology, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 70 words per minute and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and data entry software; experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data security.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in the aviation or travel industry, particularly in reservation or ticketing operations.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and the ability to reconcile financial data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
  • Adaptability to evolving technology platforms and willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Customer‑service orientation, understanding the impact of accurate data on passenger experience.
