About the Role

arenaflex is seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic Operations team in Dresher, PA. This is a unique opportunity to launch or advance your career while enjoying the flexibility of a remote and hybrid work arrangement. Following a comprehensive hybrid training schedule—which may require up to 25% in-person attendance at our Fort Washington, PA or Jacksonville, FL office locations, including the first week—successful candidates will transition to fully remote work from the comfort of their homes. Please note that candidates must be located within commuting distance to our Fort Washington, PA and Jacksonville, FL offices, as occasional on-site presence may be required based on business needs.

At arenaflex, our Customer Service Associates are the vital first point of contact between our organization and the clients we serve. You will be instrumental in delivering a customer-centric, multi-channel experience that reduces effort for customers navigating complex financial decisions. Whether you are assisting via phone, online chat, or email, your mission will be clear: help customers make informed, confident decisions about their financial wellness and future. This role offers far more than typical customer service—it provides a pathway to developing technical expertise, critical thinking abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of life insurance and financial solutions that will serve you throughout your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and compassionate guidance on a wide range of financial products and services, including life insurance policies, annuities, and retirement planning solutions
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns ranging from basic website navigation questions to complex inquiries about coverage options, claim status, and policy details
  • Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution, ensuring no inquiry falls through the cracks and every customer feels valued and heard
  • Leverage technology and digital tools to promote customer self-service options, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying additional customer needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance overall financial wellness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and financial planning departments, to resolve escalated issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Contribute to process design initiatives, training innovation, and team-building activities, including company events and community volunteer opportunities
  • Remain adaptable and flexible, adjusting communication style and problem-solving approach to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of financial literacy

  • Comfort with technology, including proficiency with keyboard-based operations, window-based applications, internet research, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Must be available to work training hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with the flexibility to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday after training completion
  • Post-training shift will be 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
