Remote Customer Service Representative - Call Center (LINCOLN, NE AND SURROUNDING AREAS ONLY)

Do you possess strong customer service and communication skills? Do you have experience working in an call center setting? Express Employment is urgently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives. These are fully remote, evaluation hire roles that will begin in June of 2026. Candidates must have experience working in call center setting to be considered for these roles. Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills:

• Must have at least 2 years of call center experience
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday – Friday 1st shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm Central Time
• Starts at $16.50/hr
