Family Medicine Physician - Remote Care Specialist

Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage patient care without the constraints of a traditional office setting. You will connect with patients through virtual consultations and in-office visits at our Littleton, CO location. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model means you will be part of a team that prioritizes accessibility and personalized care, without the complexities of insurance billing or co-payments. Each provider at One Medical typically manages smaller patient panels, ensuring ample time to engage with each patient meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel across a wide range of health needs, conducting a mixture of acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
• Provide care in-office or via our tele-health platform, ensuring high-quality patient experiences and outcomes.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for ongoing learning and sharing of best practices.
• Engage in daily huddles with your clinical team to foster collaboration, share updates, and strategize patient care plans.
• Utilize your clinical skills to perform various in-office procedures, further enhancing patient care.
• Supervise and mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, fostering an environment of growth and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient population encompasses individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors, reflecting the diverse communities we serve. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• A minimum of two years of practice experience within the last five years in an outpatient primary care setting, treating patients of all ages.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to achieve certification within one year of employment.
• Current state licensure in Colorado, or the ability to obtain prior to your start date with One Medical.

Preferred Experience

• A demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and developing culturally competent care approaches.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to manage patient care efficiently, including electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual care tools.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 216,000 to USD 230,000 annually, reflecting the importance of primary care in our organization and the value of your expertise.
