About arenaflex – Pioneering Customer Experience Through Data

At arenaflex, we believe that every interaction between a seller partner and a customer tells a story. Our mission is to turn those stories into actionable insights that drive exceptional service, smarter business decisions, and lasting loyalty. As a leader in the entertainment and streaming industry, arenaflex constantly pushes the boundaries of technology, analytics, and creativity. Whether you’re working from a home office in Baton Rouge or collaborating virtually with teammates across the globe, you’ll be part of a culture that values curiosity, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters

The Part‑Time Remote Data Entry & Analytics Specialist is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s Customer Service (CS) organization. You will be the architect behind the dashboards that senior leaders rely on to gauge seller performance, monitor customer satisfaction, and identify emerging trends. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and the overall health of the seller ecosystem. If you love turning raw data into clear, compelling narratives, this is the platform where your impact will be felt across millions of households worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design, build, and sustain global Customer Service dashboards in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Ensure data visualizations are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Partner with the arenaflex Information Insight team to migrate legacy Tableau dashboards into arenaflex’s proprietary analytics platform, guaranteeing seamless data continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Data Extraction & Analysis: Pull, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (SQL databases, CSV files, API feeds) to uncover patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights related to seller performance and customer experience.
  • First‑Level Support for Seller Partners: Serve as the primary point of contact for seller partners who encounter data integrity issues. Work closely with the Data Engineering team to resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct virtual training sessions and create self‑service guides that empower seller partners to interpret dashboards, generate their own reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and standard operating procedures, to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency across the organization.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to gather reporting requirements, align on key performance indicators (KPIs), and support strategic initiatives.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present periodic executive‑level summaries that highlight trends, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, helping shape high‑impact business decisions.
  • Process Automation: Develop repeatable processes and scripts (using Python, R, or SQL) to automate data refreshes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall reporting reliability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably within a customer support or e‑commerce environment.
  • Proficiency with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and strong SQL querying skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets, performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience designing and delivering executive‑level dashboards and reports that translate technical findings into clear business narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project‑management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience with data‑pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue.
  • Programming experience in Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality best practices.
  • Previous exposure to the streaming or entertainment industry, understanding of content licensing, and seller partner dynamics.
  • Experience delivering training workshops or creating e‑learning modules for large user bases.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to dissect data, spot trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to data accuracy, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with cross‑functional teams, building consensus, and driving results.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to identifying root causes of data issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Customer‑Centric Attitude: Understanding of seller partner needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
  • Adaptability: Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, remote environment with evolving priorities.

  • Participation in internal hackathons and innovation challenges that spotlight emerging talent.
  • Regular exposure to executive leadership, giving you visibility and a clear pathway to higher‑impact positions.
