Position Overview – Application Engineer Lead (Part‑Time, Remote)

The Application Engineer Lead role at arenaflex is a strategic, part‑time position that empowers you to design, develop, and guide complex technology solutions across our Channel Enablement, US‑Owned Stores, and Global Franchise networks. You will act as a senior Salesforce architect, translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions that enhance the arenaflex digital platform—including Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, and related services. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to define project scope, develop solution blueprints, and prioritize deliverables that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
• Solution Design & Development: Lead the end‑to‑end design of Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering and functional specification to architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
