Role Overview – Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Designer

arenaflex’s Customer Experience Design team is seeking a talented, self‑motivated designer to help shape the next generation of multi‑platform experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow creatives to craft engaging, user‑centric designs for arenaflex’s flagship services—including arenaflex Music, arenaflex Arcade, arenaflex TV+, arenaflex News, and arenaflex Health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and iterate on high‑impact visual and UX solutions for a variety of arenaflex products.
  • Develop end‑to‑end design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive demos.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive, delightful user journeys.
  • Lead the creation of in‑product media experiences that drive engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven analysis to refine design decisions.

Essential Qualifications
