Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Solutions Engineer to join our arenaflex Global Support – Customer Experience (gCare) team. In this role, you will act as a technical liaison between internal product teams and external advertisers, helping to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate issues across arenaflex advertising products, including Search, Video, Shopping, and the arenaflex Ads Platform (GMP). Your expertise will drive continuous improvement of our services, ensuring that advertisers and partners achieve maximum value from arenaflex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world‑class technical support to advertisers and internal stakeholders, handling high‑impact, complex incidents across arenaflex advertising products.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs and performance issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, API logs, and internal debugging frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to surface product gaps, propose enhancements, and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and maintain automated diagnostic tools and scripts that streamline issue identification and resolution for both internal teams and external customers.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical audiences, ensuring stakeholders understand root causes and remediation steps.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response drills, contributing to rapid restoration of service and post‑mortem analysis.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the gCare organization to elevate overall technical competency.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in advertising technology, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure to proactively anticipate future support challenges.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional programming experience with at least one widely used language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Hands‑on experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large‑scale backend systems, including servers, storage, and distributed architectures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
