Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Pharmacy Support team in New York, USA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients receiving specialty medication, providing phone support, order coordination, and financial assistance. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
