Position Overview

  • Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them appropriately to relevant departments. Ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through on escalated matters.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, personalized communication, and genuine interest in each client's needs.
  • Transaction Processing: Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions. Use our CRM systems effectively to track customer history and preferences.
  • Performance Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution rates.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, product changes, and industry trends. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Essential Qualifications
