Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative is a critical member of the claims coordination team at arenaflex. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between claimants, internal adjusters, and our claims management system, ensuring that every piece of information is captured accurately, promptly, and with the empathy our customers deserve. This is a 100 % remote position; we provide all necessary hardware (laptop, headset, and software licenses) as long as you have a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Excellence: Accurately input claim details, policy numbers, incident descriptions, and supporting documentation into the arenaflex claims management platform.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from claimants, providing clear guidance on required documentation, claim status, and next steps.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks for data integrity, flag inconsistencies, and collaborate with senior analysts to resolve discrepancies.
  • Documentation Management: Organize, scan, and upload supporting documents (photos, police reports, medical records) while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with claims adjusters, underwriting specialists, and IT support to streamline workflows and improve processing times.
