In this role, you will be the backbone of our data‑driven processes, ensuring that medication records, patient interactions, and program metrics are accurately captured, reviewed, and reported. You will work closely with pharmacists, clinical teams, and payer partners to drive efficiency, enhance patient experience, and contribute to the financial health of our pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks related to prescription processing, medication therapy management, vaccination administration, and payer‑pharma adherence programs.
  • Conduct thorough chart reviews and patient record audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and state pharmacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve data discrepancies, answer queries, and provide timely information to support clinical decision‑making.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflow bottlenecks, recommending process enhancements, and implementing best‑practice standards.
  • Support remote patient‑intervention projects aimed at increasing medication adherence, improving health outcomes, and boosting pharmacy revenue.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy regulations, licensure requirements, and industry trends to ensure all data handling adheres to legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external patients, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials, SOPs, and performance dashboards for pharmacy teams.
  • Participate in periodic compliance audits, preparing documentation and supporting evidence as required.
  • Adhere to all arenaflex policies, including data security, confidentiality, and remote‑work protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a scientific discipline).
  • Current pharmacy license in the state of residence or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling confidential health information, preferably in a pharmacy or health‑care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with pharmacy management software or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and patient‑centered language.
  • Flexibility to work non‑standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in medication therapy management (MTM), immunization programs, or chronic disease management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of health‑plan benefits, insurance verification processes, and payer‑pharma collaboration models.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and ability to generate detailed reports for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with data‑privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and best practices for secure remote data handling.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving patient satisfaction scores or pharmacy revenue through data‑driven interventions.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for occasional on‑site training sessions, audits, or regional meetings.

Core Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Precise entry and verification of medication and patient data.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly identify root causes of data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Time Management: Efficiently juggle multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with pharmacists, clinicians, and payer representatives.
