As a Remote Data Analyst on the arenaflex+ Product, Marketing & Content Curation team, you will be at the heart of the decision‑making engine that drives our streaming platform’s growth. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and the overall consumer experience, ensuring that millions of subscribers receive the most relevant, engaging, and personalized content possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage large‑scale qualitative and quantitative research studies, including survey creation, data collection, and analysis.
  • Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources using SQL to support daily operations of the arenaflex+ consumer experience monitoring program.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—product, marketing, engineering, and external vendors—to define research objectives, prioritize initiatives, and deliver actionable insights on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with research stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment on methodology, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze and synthesize both ongoing and ad‑hoc data sets, producing clear visualizations, dashboards, and written reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Manage project timelines, enforce best‑practice quality controls, and communicate status updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers in Snowflake and Databricks environments to streamline data pipelines and improve data accessibility.
  • Stay current on industry trends in SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) and in‑home entertainment, translating emerging insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Respond to internal data requests, providing rapid, accurate answers that empower teams to iterate quickly.
  • Support the presentation of findings to senior stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives that link research outcomes to business impact.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field (or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to extract, join, and manipulate disparate data assets.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning, statistical analysis, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for turning complex data into clear, concise visual presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight.
  • Familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics, Decipher, or SurveyMonkey.
  • Hands‑on experience with large‑scale data technologies—preferably cloud‑based solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
  • Programming knowledge in R, Python, SAS, or STATA for advanced analytics.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Market Research, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C research, with a focus on extracting actionable insights from survey data.
  • Understanding of subscription‑based business models and the metrics that drive them (e.g., churn, LTV, ARPU).
