Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Accurately input, verify, and maintain pilot training records, flight‑hour logs, and certification documents in arenaflex’s proprietary Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Curriculum Coordination: Work closely with the Flight Training Team to schedule and track the Delta Captain Leadership Path (renamed arenaflex Captain Leadership Path) curriculum, ensuring all modules are logged and completed on time.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison between instructors, pilots, and the Analytics Department, delivering timely updates on class rosters, schedule changes, and resource allocations.
  • Logistical Support: Manage classroom assets such as PowerPoint decks, digital manuals, whiteboards, and handouts, guaranteeing that each training event has the necessary materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of entered data to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and uphold compliance with 14 CFR Part 121 regulations.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize feedback from instructors and participants, feeding insights back to the curriculum development team for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries about training schedules, certification status, and system access.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage Apple iPad applications, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools to streamline data entry and reporting processes.
  • Safety & Security Focus: Prioritize the protection of personal and operational data, adhering to arenaflex’s strict information‑security policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2,000 flight‑hour experience as Pilot in Command on a 14 CFR Part 121 certified carrier (or equivalent aviation experience).
  • Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi‑Engine Land rating.
  • U.S. work authorization and minimum age of 18.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize safety and data integrity in all tasks.
  • Proficiency with Apple iPad applications, Microsoft PowerPoint, and basic data‑entry software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen actively and respond constructively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
