As part of our Policy Administration team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of policyholder records, processing changes and updates, and responding to inquiries from members and partners. Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated Data Entry Processors to handle a high volume of transactions with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. This position involves minimal direct contact with members or agents, allowing you to focus on processing tasks and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Information Management: Respond to member and partner policy inquiries regarding policy changes, updates, and modifications. This includes processing changes in name, address, Social Security information, and other personal details accurately and timely.
  • Beneficiary and Ownership Changes: Process requests for beneficiary changes and transfers of policy ownership, ensuring all documentation meets legal and compliance requirements.
  • Statement and Contract Processing: Handle requests for duplicate quarterly or annual statements, duplicate policy contracts, and other documentation requested by policyholders or authorized representatives.
  • Policy Data Inquiries: Respond to inquiries regarding policy values, historical policy data, and account information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
  • Transaction Processing: Process a large number of transactions daily with a high degree of accuracy, meeting productivity targets and quality standards.
  • Data Entry and Verification: Enter, verify, and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Email Correspondence: Handle email follow-ups and communicate with internal teams regarding policy matters, escalations, and resolution of issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is also acceptable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related office environment. Entry-level candidates with relevant education and skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with 10-key typing and data entry systems is required.
  • Typing Skills: Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a competitive speed, typically 45+ words per minute.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in data.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Multi-tasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
