Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, fostering a culture of partnership, innovation, and customer‑centric product development.

  • Insight Delivery: Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery Leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with data‑driven recommendations.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Build intuitive data models and visualizations that simplify complex information, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Identify and prioritize analytics initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact, integrating internal and external data sources.
  • Strategic Advisory Enablement: Equip the Talent organization to act as strategic advisors, influencing business outcomes through evidence‑based guidance.
  • Self‑Serve Tools & Governance: Deliver consulting, analysis, insights, and self‑service tools while championing data governance, process improvements, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the enterprise, translating technical findings into clear business language for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a closely related field.
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape and familiarity with internal data ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing talent analytics strategies that drive measurable business results.
