Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data‑processing operations, ensuring that every piece of information is captured accurately and delivered on time. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing high‑volume data entry with a focus on precision, adhering to client‑specific formatting and validation rules.
  • Identifying, classifying, and routing various document types—including MEDI forms—according to established guidelines.
  • Executing verification tasks, cross‑checking entries against source documents to guarantee data integrity.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve ambiguities, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of work completed, exceptions encountered, and corrective actions taken.
  • Adhering to arenaflex’s security protocols, data‑privacy standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
  • Participating in periodic quality‑assurance reviews and contributing ideas for process enhancements.
  • Balancing multiple task queues (Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing) while meeting daily and weekly productivity targets.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following core qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and high accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in an office or remote work environment, preferably with data‑entry or administrative duties.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic internet navigation.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus and ergonomics.
