Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Chat Moderators to join our growing remote operations team. As a Chat Moderator, you will help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment by monitoring conversations, enforcing platform guidelines, and supporting users through text-based interactions only. Key Responsibilities

• * Monitor live chat rooms, forums, or messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• * Review and moderate user-generated content, including text messages and comments

• * Respond to user inquiries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner
• * Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or management when required
• * Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions
