This unique 1099 position allows you to practice medicine remotely while contributing to the well-being of a diverse patient population. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Physician with NiteLines USA, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of health conditions.
  • Engage with approximately 60-80 long-term patients, typically managing fewer than 10 patients daily to ensure personalized and effective care.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with patients, understanding their medical history and individual needs.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams that include other primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
  • Contribute to developing care plans that promote patient wellness and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals of superior patient outcomes.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document and track patient progress and treatment interventions efficiently.
  • Adhere to the protocols set forth by the State of Missouri Temporary Personnel Medical Services contract, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will serve a diverse patient population, with ages ranging from early adulthood to the elderly in their 80s. Our facility caters to individuals with varying health maintenance and treatment needs, promoting a holistic approach to healthcare. The hospital environment nurtures meaningful provider-patient relationships, emphasizing stability and continuity of care.

Qualifications

Applicants for this role should possess the following credentials:

  • A valid medical license to practice in the State of Missouri.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related healthcare field is required.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in primary care, especially in settings that emphasize long-term patient engagement.
  • A background in working with diverse populations or within mental health facilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing health information technology, particularly electronic health records (EHR), for patient documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package between USD 115 – 130 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
