Role Overview: Senior Customer Service Representative (Bilingual French/English - Remote)

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a vital link between our clients and their customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional inbound customer support using call flow guides in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
  • Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues with devices and services
  • Meticulously tracking, documenting, and retrieving information using customer databases
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Technical proficiency with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable platforms, is highly valued
  • Offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Delivering expert customer service with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality
