Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Data Operations Manager – Content Strategy & APAC Campaign Lead to join our growing global team. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Delaware, USA, offering competitive compensation of $20–$30 per hour along with the flexibility of remote work. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving data-informed content strategies and leading multi-market campaign development for our APAC region, ensuring that our titles achieve maximum impact across global audiences.

The Asia-Pacific region is a critical engine of growth for arenaflex, and this role sits at the intersection of data, content, and marketing strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, regional partners, and global stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop campaign roadmaps, and deliver campaigns that inspire audiences to talk about arenaflex and our recommendations more passionately than ever before.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key marketing stakeholders across APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM, as well as with cross-functional Marcomms partners throughout APAC markets.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable representative of APAC markets in global forums, clearly articulating regional priorities, insights, and points of view.
  • Collaborate closely with content and cross-functional marketing partners to evaluate the content slate using relevant data inputs, identifying title and campaign opportunities that drive impact in APAC and other regional markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key global content priorities, socializing titles and projects with APAC markets and identifying opportunities for campaigns to travel and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with domestic territory leads in other regions to contribute to the strategic development of priority import campaigns, from upstream planning through rollout, ensuring that each campaign is optimally positioned for success in APAC markets.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to define campaign strategies that resonate with global audiences outside the home territory, leveraging culturally relevant positioning, early briefs, roadmap development, and well-structured deployment timelines.
  • Operate as the APAC campaign planning lead, ensuring alignment on campaign strategy, creative excellence, global and local methodologies, and rollout execution across multiple markets.
  • Provide APAC regional intelligence and insights to cross-functional teams in other regions, including cultural behaviors, emerging trends, learnings, and title performance analyses.
  • Lead select global and regional projects as the APAC marketing representative, including multi-title campaigns, tooling developments, and other strategic business priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day remote data operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in all data entry, reporting, and content tracking activities.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Graduate level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing data, reports, and campaign assets.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions, budgets, and operational metrics with precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in data operations, content coordination, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Deep familiarity with APAC markets, cultural nuances, and the entertainment landscape across the region.
  • A demonstrable passion for television, film, and digital streaming content.
  • Experience working across multiple regions or with global teams in Asia, EMEA, UCAN, or LATAM.
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and the ability to distill complex insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, data analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
