Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid role you will split your time between remote data entry tasks and occasional on‑site support at one of arenaflex’s fulfillment centers. Your core duties include:

• Data Capture & Validation: Receive electronic inventory updates, customer orders, and shipment manifests; accurately type and upload information into arenaflex’s ERP and WMS platforms.
• Quality Assurance: Review entered data for completeness, correct formatting, and compliance with arenaflex’s quality standards; flag discrepancies for immediate resolution.
• Inventory Management Support: Assist on‑site teams by receiving and putting away inventory, ensuring that items are stored in the correct locations and that barcode labels are applied correctly.
• Order Preparation: Help prepare customer orders for shipment by picking items, packing them securely, and confirming that each package matches the order details entered remotely.
• Equipment Operation (When On‑Site): Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and safely work at heights up to 35‑40 feet on mezzanines or lift platforms. Training and certification are provided at no cost.
• Physical Handling: Lift and move items up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and use dollies, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment as needed.
• Scanning & Tracking: Use handheld scanners to read barcodes, update system status, and ensure that every product is traceable throughout the fulfillment process.
