What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather business requirements and provide solutions from the design stage to delivery
• Manage multiple projects and communicate status updates effectively to Project Managers
• Detail and explain the methodology used in analyses upon request
• Write use cases and specifications for changes
• Develop test plans and participate in testing implemented changes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent communication skills, including written, spoken, presentation, and listening abilities
• Experience with Centura versions 6.2 or 7.2
• Ability to document and communicate complex process flows
• Proven experience in understanding scalability and implementing changes for customer support solutions
• Ability to clearly articulate and write business requirements, including use cases and specifications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Gupta SQL
