[Remote] Treasury Analyst (100% Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their Treasury Team in a 100% remote capacity. The role involves managing daily cash transfers, updating client banking information, and assisting with banking inquiries and reporting.
- Responsibilities
- Work with teammates to accomplish the daily cash transfers across various banks and bank accounts
- Update and/or review updates of clients' banking information
- Work with teammates to initiate ACH Debit and/or ACH Credit batches
- Handle ACH debit rejects, resolution and debit reattempts
- Review and respond to client cases related to team activity
- Participate in ad hoc projects
- Assemble data and prepare reports as needed
- Assist in handling banking activity inquiries
- Initiate inquiries and/or requests to our banking partners
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in an Accounting, banking, or finance required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Technically minded
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Understanding of Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Team player (works well with others) and an ability to take direction
