We specialize in streamlined, repeatable permit packages for commercial projects. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable CAD Drafter to support ongoing commercial permit projects. This is a remote role with a steady pipeline of small and medium-sized projects. Work primarily involves updating and assembling 2D AutoCAD drawings using provided templates and redlines. Project Details
- Typical effort 5–8 hours per project
- Compensation $30/hour (or $150–$240 per project, depending on scope)
- Ongoing work Multiple projects available per week (based on workload) What We Provide

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with redlines

- Strong attention to detail and organization

- Experience with permit sets or city submittals
