Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an Analyst to work with their Unclaimed Property Team. The Analyst will collaborate with professionals to ensure compliance with unclaimed property submissions and contribute to the management of various state programs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes experience and judgment in collaborating with Professionals within the firm’s Unclaimed Property team to ensure voluntary submissions related to a Company’s unclaimed property meet applicable state requirements
  • Works with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, General Business or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong commitment to client service
  • Cooperation and the ability to collaborate in a team, including across offices
  • Ability to problem solve and use sound judgement
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and professional dedication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Some experience in an office setting or related accounting experience
  • Experience working at a professional services organization
