Mental Healthcare Recruiter

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the organization's mission, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all hiring platforms
• Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and retention rates) to optimize hiring efforts
• Ensure seamless communication through the ADP recruitment module, keeping all candidate statuses up to date
• Monitor external job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing postings to maximize visibility and candidate flow
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals who align with AMFM Healthcare’s values and culture

Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass an ADP Criminal Background Screen
• Comfortable using computers, electronic systems, and digital communication tools
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
