  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine standard operating procedures, contribute to the creation of prioritization cycles, and support continuous‑learning initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Program Manager to set priorities, track progress, and drive accountability across the program team.
  • Independent Decision‑Making: Exercise sound judgment to resolve issues autonomously while escalating complex matters when appropriate.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in health‑care claims, insurance processing, or related domains.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with claims processing systems such as ACAS, QNXT, or HRP (HRP highly preferred).

  • Strong analytical and research abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear, concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams at various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with enterprise content management systems to retrieve and organize electronic documents.
  • Knowledge of Aetna’s policies and procedures (or similar large‑scale health insurers).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and data‑search tools.
  • Ability to translate technical data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process efficiencies and cost‑saving initiatives.
