Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry & PR Support Specialist is a full‑time, home‑based role that sits at the intersection of public relations, communications, and data management. You will work closely with the Product PR, Services PR, App Store PR, and Corporate Communications teams to gather, curate, and disseminate information that showcases arenaflex’s products, services, and brand values. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24–$34 and the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, with occasional visits to our Cupertino headquarters for collaborative workshops and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Research & Curation: Monitor global news outlets, tech blogs, and social media channels to identify stories relevant to arenaflex’s product portfolio and brand narrative.
  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain press release data, media contact lists, and campaign metrics in our internal PR database.
  • Collaboration with Product PR Teams: Support the creation of launch announcements, feature highlights, and media kits for devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables, and audio accessories.
  • Support Services PR Initiatives: Assist in drafting communications for subscription services, streaming platforms, fitness programs, and financial solutions.
  • App Store Storytelling: Gather developer success stories, user experience insights, and app performance data to craft compelling narratives for the arenaflex App Store.
  • Accessibility & Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to initiatives that highlight arenaflex’s commitment to accessibility, environmental stewardship, privacy, and inclusion.
  • Media Monitoring & Reporting: Produce daily and weekly media coverage summaries, track sentiment trends, and flag emerging opportunities or risks.
  • Drafting & Editing: Write blog excerpts, press briefings, internal newsletters, and pitch letters under the guidance of senior PR professionals.
  • Event & Press Support: Provide logistical assistance for virtual press events, product unveilings, and media tours, ensuring all materials are accurate and on schedule.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in data workflows, propose process enhancements, and adopt new tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of professional experience in an office environment, preferably with exposure to data entry, media monitoring, or PR support.
